Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Las Vegas is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to ensure a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. You will act as the Patient Access Coordinator, verify insurance, and help move patients efficiently through the clinic.

You will manage scheduling, check-in/out, and outreach while maintaining high patient satisfaction and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and common software
• Understanding of patient eligibility and insurance coverage
• Experience using scheduling or practice management systems

Responsibilities

• Review the schedule 24–48 hours in advance to identify missing documentation, expired authorizations, or insurance gaps.
• Facilitate patient check-in via digital tools and ensure demographics and consents are complete
• Monitor waiting room and EMR queues and communicate delays to patients and staff
• Discuss financial responsibility with patients and process payments with accuracy
• Manage the checkout process, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows or preventive care appointments
