CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to ensure a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. As the Patient Access Coordinator, you will verify patient identity and insurance, facilitate digital check-in, manage queues, and collect copays, contributing to revenue integrity and satisfaction.

You will work on-site, report to the Center Administrator, and help balance patient flow with provider

Qualifications

• Experience with patient registration and benefits verification.
• Familiar with scheduling workflows and EMR data management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedule 24-48 hours ahead to fix gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: assist patient check-in using digital tools.
• Queue and Wait-Time Management: monitor queues and communicate delays.
• Point-of-Service (POS) Collections: discuss financial responsibility and process payments.
• Exit and Outreach: schedule follow-ups and outreach for missed appointments.
