Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to ensure a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. This onsite role reports to the Center Administrator and focuses on patient identity verification, insurance checks, and revenue integrity to keep the clinic operating smoothly.

The position covers digital intake, queue management, outbound outreach for no-shows, and scheduling follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule 24–48 hours in advance for missing docs or authorizations.
• Facilitate patient check-in via digital tools and ensure demographics and consents are complete.
• Monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays to patients and staff; process POS collections with accuracy.
