CenterWell Senior Primary Care in the United States is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to deliver a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. You will work onsite, report to the Center Administrator, and serve as the Patient Access Coordinator, ensuring data quality and revenue integrity while guiding patient movement through the center.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and patient data management.
• Ability to verify patient eligibility and benefits.
• Skilled in using scheduling systems for staffing optimization.
• Strong data accuracy and PHI handling.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedule 24-48 hours in advance.
• Digital-First Intake: facilitate patient check-in with digital tools.
• Queue and Wait-Time Management: monitor queues and communicate delays.
• Point-of-Service (POS) Collections: discuss financial responsibility and process payments.
• Exit and Outreach: complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for missed appointments.
