Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Las Vegas seeks a Front Office Healthcare Support to deliver a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. You will serve as the Patient Access Coordinator, ensuring data quality and revenue integrity while guiding patients through the clinic.

Responsibilities include pre-visit preparation, digital intake, POS collections, and checkout follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Ability to use scheduling systems to optimize staffing levels
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedules 24–48 hours in advance for missing docs, expired authorizations, or gaps in insurance.
• Digital-First Intake: assist patient check-in using digital tools and ensure demographics and consents are complete.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting areas and EMR queues; communicate delays to patients and staff; assist with POS collections.
• Exit & Outreach: complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and manage outreach for no-shows or preventive care.
