CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to deliver a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience onsite from pre-arrival through checkout. You will verify patient identity and insurance coverage, coordinate patient flow, and support POS collections to ensure revenue integrity.

• Digital-First Intake: assist patient check-in with demographic data and consents.
• Queue and Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting area and EMR queues; communicate delays.
• Point-of-Service (POS) Collections: discuss financial responsibility, process payments, reconcile drawers.
