Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience required.
• Experience in a receptionist role or medical front office procedures preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide waiting information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in.
• Collect patient payments at the front desk (deductibles, copays, coinsurance).
• Coordinate follow-up appointments including cast/measure, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
