Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0+ years of customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Experience in medical front office is preferred.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify demographics and insurance during check-in.
• Process patient payments including deductibles and co-pays.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
