The ideal candidate will have a background in front desk or reception work with strong communication skills and computer proficiency. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, schedule follow-ups, and support the clinic with revenue cycle activities while maintaining accurate electronic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of customer service or front desk experience.
• Receptionist or medical front office experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide wait time information.
• Verify demographics and insurance at check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles and co-insurance at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, casts/measures, delivery and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records.
