Hanger Clinic is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator in Louisville, KY. You will manage front desk operations, greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and schedule follow-up appointments.

Strong communication and computer skills are essential for delivering a seamless patient experience. The role supports revenue cycle activities, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with care teams to ensure high-quality patient service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Talent Sorter assessment may be used in selection.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience.
• Experience as a receptionist or in medical front office is preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, providing information and addressing inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments including cast, measurement, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
