Job summary

Humana, Inc. through CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to manage patient flow and data integrity onsite. You will coordinate patient arrival, assist clinical teams, collect copays, and ensure smooth pre-arrival through checkout experiences.

Reporting to the Center Administrator, you will verify identities and insurance, support patient readiness, and drive positive patient interactions in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and accuracy in handling patient data.
• Ability to verify patient eligibility and benefits to prevent denials.
• Experience with scheduling workflows to optimize throughput.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule 24–48 hours in advance to identify gaps.
• Facilitate patient check-in using digital tools and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor queues and communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Discuss financial responsibility with patients and process payments at point of service.
• Complete checkout and schedule follow-ups; outreach for missed appointments.
