Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Zero to two years’ experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or healthcare experience preferred; working knowledge of medical terminology and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and guests on arrival, confirm identity, and provide information about visits.
• Complete check-in and check-out functions and update registration details as needed.
• Collect co-payments and post payments; handle end-of-day cash drawer processes.
• Post payments and manage billing information; schedule and adjust appointments as required.
