Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out of appointments and greet them.
• Confirm identity and provide information related to visits.
• Complete check-in/out functions and patient registration as needed.
• Obtain patient consents/authorizations and collect payments.
• Post payments and reconcile end-of-day cash.
• Inform patients of delays and schedule appointments as needed.
• Float to other ICCs/departments as required.
