Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an Access Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking services. You will manage appointment scheduling, answer calls, provide service information, and route requests in the EHR system.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, call center, medical office, or healthcare scheduling experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in office software and healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and established patient appointments per provider templates and clinic policy.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments and document reasons.
• Answer incoming calls with professional, courteous service and guide patients through scheduling.
