Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and electronic requests from patients and others
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Enter data into the electronic medical record system
• Notate changes to appointments in patient records
• Provide information and assistance to patients and staff
• Escalate priority issues as needed
• Maintain attendance and punctuality
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to APC policies
