You will maintain accurate records, verify insurance, and support access services while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role focuses on greeting patients, handling front-desk tasks, and ensuring smooth patient flow in a busy healthcare environment. On-site position with weekend rotation possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1 year of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Greets and communicates with patients or visitors.
• Answers practice phone calls and schedules patient appointments using a decision tree.
• Registers patients and checks in/out, verifies demographics and insurance information.
• Maintains patient records and uploads documents into EPIC.
