Job summary

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) at Froedtert Health delivers an exceptional patient experience at our NE-HARBOR TOWN CAMPUS. You will proactively greet patients and visitors and provide helpful, friendly service in person and over the phone.

Requires at least one year in receptionist or customer service roles; healthcare experience is preferred. Strong communication, multi-tasking and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word are essential to succeed in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming, friendly patient experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and on the phone.
• Assist with front-of-house activities and coordinate with clinical staff as needed.
