Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for medical visits.
• Answer calls to assist with questions, scheduling, and next steps.
• Assist patients with enrolling in and using MyChart.
• Enter, review, and update patient demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Communicate details with physicians and care teams to support coordinated care.
• Process patient payments including copays and deductibles.
• Work in EPIC, including queues and document scanning.
• Schedule referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Help patients complete required forms and paperwork.
