Responsibilities

• Register patients in EMR accurately and verify insurance coverage.
• Collect required payments and explain charges to patients.
• Greet patients and ensure a welcoming, best-in-class experience.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns while maintaining low complaint levels.
• Enter charges, update records, and monitor patient flow through the clinic.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure timely referrals and appointments.
• Assist patients with accessing government or community resources when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of health plans, co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance.
