Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and payments.
• Explain billing procedures and anticipated charges to patients.
• Welcome patients and maintain courteous clinic environment.
• Answer questions from patients and family with minimal complaints.
• Enter charges and update patient records accurately in the clinic system.
• Register patients in Epic and manage patient flow.
• Monitor accounts to determine financial responsibility and arrange payment plans.
• Support referrals and ensure payor requirements are met.
• Back up for others and support clinic operations.
