Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide wait time information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk‑in registrations.
• Collect patient payments, including deductibles, copays, and co‑insurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow‑up appointments, including cast and measure, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records for all patients.
