Responsibilities include collecting payments, coordinating follow-up appointments, and supporting clinic services while maintaining electronic health records and assisting the Revenue Cycle Management team as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or reception preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait time info.
• Verify demographics and insurance during check-in; handle registrations.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance) at front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, including casts and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and assist RCM as needed.
