You will welcome patients, verify demographics and insurance at check-in, and support the clinic team with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication, computer skills, and a background in medical front office; driving license is not required but may be helpful for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Talentsorter assessment may be used in selection.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a receptionist role or medical front office procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing information on wait times and inquiries at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details during check-in; handle walk-in registrations
• Collect patient payments including deductibles and co-pays at the front desk
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to obtain necessary patient information
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients
