Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior use of EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Manages patient check-in/check-out process.
• Answers calls regarding appointment times, patient requests and general inquiries.
• Verifies patient charts for upcoming appointments and ensures required information is complete.
• Performs scanning/sorting within EMR system and updates insurance information.
