Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)
• Experience in a medical practice or health insurance organization preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel to other clinics as needed

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Handle patient check-in/check-out process.
• Answer calls about appointment times, patient requests and general inquiries.
• Review patient’s chart for accuracy prior to upcoming appointment.
• Perform scanning and sorting within EMR system.
• Verify and update current insurance information with the patient.
• Collect patient payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
