Job summary

The role supports the Patient Access Center with registration, insurance verification, precertification where needed, and basic billing tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills are expected.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Manage incoming calls while providing information; greet patients and provide direction and scheduling support.
• Registration & Verification: Complete patient registration and verify insurance eligibility/coverage as required.
• Billing & Payments: Collect and process payments when applicable.
