Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Business Office education or coursework desired.
• Attend all required coursework assigned by management.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC software/database management.
• Strong math and bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Strong command of English grammar and punctuation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in scheduled and add-on patients to the clinic and enter demographic data into the system.
• Answer telephone calls, route inquiries, and check patients out of the clinic.
• Handle billing-related tasks including deposits and recording clinic revenue where needed.
• Assist patients in the waiting area as needed and respond to patient needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
