OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey is seeking full-time Administrative Coordinators to support our Consultation Coordinators in helping patients begin treatment for Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

You will submit prior authorizations, verify insurance benefits, schedule patients, and ensure all required documentation is complete and ready for providers. Strong empathy and clear CRM/EHR documentation are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Medical Assistance certification / Licensure.
• Experience working in Behavioral Health.
• Experience working with EHR & CRM software.
• Proficiency In Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Submit and follow up on prior authorization requests to insurance companies.
• When an authorization is incorrectly denied, filing appeals.
• Renew/resubmit authorizations for patients in continuous Spravato care.
• Oversee administrative work for prospective patients to start treatment.
• Document all patient communications in the CRM clearly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date patient cases in the CRM and ensure required documentation is uploaded into the EHR.
