The role emphasizes accurate data collection, efficient scheduling, and collaboration with care teams to close care gaps and support quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Register patients accurately and collect demographic/insurance information.
• Maintain 95% accuracy on registration and patient information processes.
• Ensure documentation is entered correctly into the EMR.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and PCI standards.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic, emergency contact, and insurance data.
• Obtain signatures, consents, and admission documents.
• Schedule appointments, testing, and follow-ups with proper EMR documentation.
• Coordinate referrals and care coordination with providers and teams.
• Collect payments, post transactions, and balance cash where applicable.
