SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and handle documentation, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

You will thrive in a fast-paced imaging environment, bringing empathy, clear communication, and teamwork to every interaction while supporting front desk operations and patient flow. No nights, no weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow in healthcare administration are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Process documentation and payments with accuracy and care.
• Support front desk operations and patient flow in a collaborative team.
• Maintain patient records and assist with registration and scheduling as needed.
