Ideal candidate has front office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with basic computer systems. This role supports the Revenue Cycle Management team and maintains accurate electronic health records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in receptionist/front office preferred or as customer service in a medical setting.
• Must be able to type 30 words per minute with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide wait-time information.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance during check-in and handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance) at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, including casts, measurements, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
