Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and basic computer skills.
• Administrative or technical college coursework preferred.
• Minimum one year of medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, route to appropriate area, and take messages.
• Explain check-in process and verify demographics and insurance.
• Assist guests with FMH portal enrollment and usage.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile receipts daily.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider utilization.
• Document guest requests in the EHR and coordinate with Care Team.
