Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance to initiate visits.
• Process documentation, demographics, and payments accurately.
• Manage admission flow and front desk operations for smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient data and support scheduling and billing.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficiency.
