Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
