Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Check-in patients and complete paperwork for admitting process.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Register and schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Scan and attach patient documents to the electronic medical record.
• Monitor patient waiting times and maintain patient flow.
• Educate patients about upcoming procedures under nurse guidance.
• Handle checkout duties including pricing and collecting balances.
