Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients using the kiosk prior to registration.
• Escort patients to treatment area for registration and evaluation.
• Explain billing policies to patients as needed.
• Accurately register patients and provide courteous service.
• Verify patient demographics, health, pharmacy, and insurance information.
• Handle cash management and receipts for visits and supplies.
• Answer calls and distribute messages promptly.
• Maintain front office areas and stock supplies.
