Job summary

Strong customer relations are essential in a busy healthcare setting. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years in customer service, and 1–2 years in registration/billing; Epic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (GED) or higher required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2 years Customer Service required.
• 1–2 years Registration/Billing in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, organization and multitasking skills required.
• Basic computer skills.
