• Verifies insurance benefits for urgent care services.
• Collects co-pay or deposit prior to services and initiates payment options per guidelines.
• Posts all payments, balances cash drawer, and prepares reports.
• Greets patients, answers the telephone, takes messages and directs communication.
• Maintains medical records and processes records requests per HIPAA guidelines.
• Opens and closes the clinic; supports daily operations and communication flow.
