Responsibilities

• Register patients into the health information system and collect demographic, insurance, and visit data.
• Verify insurance eligibility/benefits and coordinate with pre-authorization.
• Explain financial responsibility and collect patient payments; refer to Financial Advocate as needed.
• Obtain signatures on consent and registration forms.
• Scan and document records; support audits and accuracy.
