Job summary

Talentify is seeking a motivated clerical associate in Flemington, NJ to support daily department operations. You will greet patients, check them in for appointments, and handle billing entries in specialized EMR and billing systems.

Role requires at least two years in an office setting, accuracy with insurance data, and comfort using Affinity and Next Gen EMR. Strong organization and communication help ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clerical support for clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience in an office environment.
• Familiar with Affinity and working knowledge of Next Gen EMR advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients for scheduled appointments.
• Encounters patients in NextGen and bills accurately in Affinity.
• Prepares documents for upcoming intakes.
• Regularly reviews and updates insurance & demographic information required for billing.
• Scans paperwork into appropriate folders in Next Gen and Affinity.
• Provides telephone coverage on a daily basis.
• Provides clerical support to clinical staff.
