Responsabilités

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Obtain required authorizations and referrals for services and procedures.
• Serve as a resource to clinic staff regarding insurance and benefit requirements.
• Assist patients with questions related to insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling according to provider availability and clinic protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of insurance and authorization information.
• Assist with resolving insurance or scheduling issues that may impact patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
