Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience; proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and process electronic data.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits and explain the process.
• Process payments and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; obtain signatures and documentations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide excellent patient experience and address concerns.
