The University of Southern California (USC) Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Representative. You will interview incoming patients to collect demographics, financial data and medical record information to produce accurate admission records.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication. All inquiries related to admissions will be handled, and deposits or payments will be collected as part of a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Interview incoming patients (inpatient and outpatient) to collect data for admission.
• Produce complete admission records including medical, demographic and financial information.
• Answer inquiries related to admissions and handle deposits or payments.
• Coordinate with nursing units and ancillary departments and provide directions within the hospital.
