Responsibilities

• Greet patients or guests and address their requests professionally.
• Document financial arrangements in patient accounts and notify managers of problem accounts.
• Assist in the training of new employees and promote teamwork.
• Uphold HIPAA and other regulatory requirements in all patient interactions.
• Complete patient admissions data and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Direct patients to proper destinations within the hospital and provide directions as needed.
