Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a friendly Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure a smooth start to every visit.

In a fast-paced setting, you’ll communicate with empathy, manage multiple tasks, and support a collaborative front desk team to deliver outstanding patient experiences. A high school diploma and healthcare registration exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or patient access
• Experience with scheduling or insurance verification preferred
• Proven data entry and computer skills
• Healthcare registration experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission while verifying insurance
• Process documentation and collect patient demographics, histories, and payments
• Address scheduling and patient-flow issues with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accuracy and calmness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
