SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation while supporting front desk operations to ensure every visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the admission process
• Verify insurance and collect necessary documentation
• Process patient demographics, histories, consent forms, and payments with accuracy
• Support front desk operations to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and resolving scheduling or payment issues with empathy
