SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation across imaging centers. You will greet patients, ensure a smooth start to each visit, and support a fast-paced, compassionate patient experience.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and collaboration with clinical and support teams to maintain high-quality patient access and flow throughout the center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the admission flow with accuracy and care.
• Verify insurance and process documentation to start each visit clearly and efficiently.
• Support front desk operations and help resolve scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues.
