A leading teen retailer is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and managing store operations in Boise, Idaho. This position requires prior retail experience and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include recruiting, training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards. The candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Excellent benefits, including employee discounts, are offered alongside a commission structure.

Competenze

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• 6-12 months retail sales experience.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.
