Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and top-tier service.
• Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling.
• Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels.
• Drive sales through foodservice and merchandising management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
• Participate in leadership meetings and hold team huddles.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.
