Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee to join its Manager Development Program. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations, with a clear path to leadership within 10–12 months.

You will gain exposure to management duties, staff development, and loan-document analysis while working on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional extended hours. Relocation may be required upon promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred sales, collections, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities, including delegation and analysis of loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
